PETER WININGER (14.6.3.2) is the son of Phillip Wininger and Mary Ann (Wininger) Wininger.  Peter was born on October 16, 1828 in Hawkins County, Tennessee.  On August 30, 1848, Peter Wininger first married Elizabeth Derrick in Hawkins County, Tennessee.  Elizabeth was born on January 18, 1828 in Hawkins County, Tennessee and is the daughter of Marvel Derrick and Nancy (Anderson) Derrick.  In 1850, Peter and Elizabeth Wininger were living in Hawkins County, Tennessee.  Peter and Elizabeth Wininger were the parents of three children:

  Seth Andrew Wineinger, b. February 8, 1851, Hawkins County, Tennessee
  Nan Rebecca Wineinger, b. January 17, 1853, Hawkins County, Tennessee

Elizabeth (Derrick) Wineinger died on October 21, 1854 in Dubois County, Indiana.  On September 9, 1855, Peter Wininger married a second time to Marietta Elizabeth Case in Orange County, Indiana.  Marietta was born on May 13, 1838 in Orange County, Indiana.  Peter and Marietta Wininger were the parents of nine children:

In 1880, Peter and Marietta Wineinger were living in Doniphan County, Kansas.  Peter Wininger died on March 30, 1904 in White Cloud, Kansas and was buried there.  Marietta (Case) Wininger died on November 21, 1910 in White Cloud, Kansas.  On January 8, 1884, Seth Wineinger married Martha Sharp.  Seth Wineinger died in a hit and run accident on December 26, 1931.  Nan Wineinger married John Parker.  Nan (Wineinger) Parker died on December 18, 1935 in Highland, Kansas.  On August 23, 1876, Sarah Wineinger married John W. Moore (born June 2, 1852).  Sarah (Wineinger) Moore died on September 28, 1886 and John W. Moore died on December 7, 1918.  Winfield Wineinger died on July 28, 1885.  William Wineinger married Isabelle Davidson (born December 2, 1876).  Isabelle (Davidson) Wineinger died on January 20, 1901.  William Wineinger married a second time to Lettie Alice Radier.  Roger Wineinger of Amarillo, Texas is the grandson of William Wineinger.  William Wineinger died on July 14, 1922.

Zeleta Wineinger married Mr. Picard.  Zeleta married a second time to John W. Moore (John was previously married to Zeleta’s sister).  Zeleta (Wineinger) Moore died in 1971.  Clara Wineinger married a Mr. Hill.  Clara married a second time to a Mr. Adams.  Clara (Wineinger) Adams died on October 27, 1898.  On March 6, 1904, Mary Wineinger married A. C. Morgan.  Mary (Wineinger) Morgan died on December 21, 1970.  Mable Wineinger married A. C. Morgan (later married Mable’s sister).  Mable (Wineinger) Morgan died on August 4, 1902 and was buried in White Cloud, Kansas.

JOHN A. WINEINGER (14.6.3.2.1) is the son of Peter Wininger and Elizabeth (Derrick) Wininger.  John was born on July 26, 1849 in Hawkins County, Tennessee.  On August 17, 1882, John Wineinger married Rachel Jane Gentry in Highland, Kansas.  Rachel was born on May 23, 1862 in Iowa Point, Kansas and is the daughter of John T. Gentry and Martha Ann (Garner) Gentry.  John and Rachel Wineinger were the parents of nine children:

Rachel (Gentry) Wineinger died on November 17, 1931 in Fairbury, Nebraska and John A. Wineinger died on April 1, 1936 in Fairbury, Nebraska.  Both were buried in Mahaska, Kansas.  Marion Wineinger died as a child on December 20, 1884.  Jesse Wineinger married Anna Bestandig.  Jesse Wineinger died on October 11, 1918 in Grand Island, Nebraska and was buried there.  On August 24, 1904, Daisy Wineinger married James Ayers.  Daisey (Wineinger) Ayers died on March 15, 1981 in Newton, Kansas.

On March 2, 1927, Emanuel Wineinger married Grace Stewart.  Emanuel Wineinger died on July 15, 1972 and was buried in Haddam, Kansas.  On March 2, 1927, Rufus Wineinger married Grace Line and they divorced having no children.  Rufus Wineinger died on September 11, 1978 and was buried in Mahaska, Kansas.  On February 28, 1917, Violet Wineinger married Clyde Shelburne.  Violet (Wineinger) Shelburne died by committing suicide on April 25, 1974 in Fairbury, Nebraska and was buried there.

PETER ELWOOD “GEORGE” WINEINGER (14.6.3.2.1.5) is the son of John A. Wineinger and Rachel Jane (Gentry) Wineinger.  Peter was born on May 14, 1888 in Doniphan County, Kansas.  On January 25, 1911, Peter Wineinger married Minnie Gertrude Hall.  Minnie was born on August 19, 1888 in Scandia, Kansas and is the daughter of Charles Eugene Hall and Augusta Leon (Laidlaw) Hall.  Peter and Minnie Wineinger were the parents of five children:

Peter Wineinger died on November 26, 1969 in Belleville, Kansas and Minnie (Hall) Wineinger died on January 18, 1975 in Belleville, Kansas.  Both were buried in the Belleville Cemetery in Belleville, Kansas.  On September 22, 1935, Edna Wineinger married Edwin Charles Thompson.  Edna married a second time to Gerald Stitt Freeman.  Edna (Wineinger) Freeman died on August 9, 1980.  On December 21, 1936, Glenn Wineinger married Hazel Ilene Pimlott.  On June 11, 1961, Glenn Wineinger married a second time to Virginia Mae Francis.  Glenn Wineinger died on January 13, 1968.  On August 9, 1938, Eula Wineinger married Charles Anthony Homolka.  Eula (Wineinger) Homolka died on April 15, 1978.  Ray E. VELMA EULENE WINEINGER (14.6.3.2.1.5.5) is the daughter of Peter Elwood Wineinger and Minnie Gertrude (Hall) Wineinger.  Velma was born on October 5, 1928 in Belleville, Kansas.  On April 10, 1949, Velma Wineinger married Robert Dean Lervold in Belleville, Kansas.  Robert was born on April 11, 1925 in Scandia, Kansas and is the son of Benjamin Martin Lervold and Esther Josephine (Hammer) Lervold.  Robert and Velma Lervold are the parents of two children:

CARL OTIS WINEINGER (14.6.3.2.1.6) is the son of John A. Wineinger and Rachel Jane (Gentry) Wineinger.  Carl was born on June 7, 1892 in Burchard, Nebraska.  On November 26, 1913, Carl Wineinger married Daschie Lignitz in Washington County, Kansas.  Daschie was born on January 1, 1893 in Haddam, Kansas and is the daughter of William Lignitz and Nellie (Groathouse) Lignitz.  Carl and Daschie Wineinger were the parents of seven children:

Wineinger died on November 21, 1981 in Topeka, Kansas and was buried in Haddam, Kansas.  On August 30, 1930, Winona Wineinger married Marvin Harper in Mankato, Kansas.  Winona (Wineinger) Harper died on May 20, 1932 in Belleville, Kansas and was buried in Haddam, Kansas.  Orville Wineinger died of diabetes as a child on August 28, 1920 and was buried in Haddam, Kansas.  Nellie died on January 3, 1924 and was buried in Haddam, Kansas.  On May 25, 1937, Wilma Wineinger married Walter Woodcock in Washington County, Kansas.  Nellie Wineinger died at the age of three years after falling down steps.  On January 17, 1945, William Ross Wineinger married Alice Marie Rhine in Belleville, Kansas.  Alice was born on August 9, 1927 in Republic County, Kansas and is the daughter of John Rhine and Myrtle (Williams) Rhine.  William and Alice Wineinger have three children:  -  Michael Alan Wineinger, b. On January 21, 1967, Michael Wineinger married Linda Marie Houp in Kansas City, Missouri and they have three children:  -  Eric Wineinger,  -  Katrina Wineinger,  -  Christian Wineinger.  Michael and Linda Wineinger were divorced on December 16, 1981.  Michael is a graduate of Marysville College.  Michael is a supervisor for Social Services and lives in Independence, Missouri.  Angela Wineinger was stillborn and was buried in the Hawks Cemetery near Cuba, Kansas.  On December 29, 1973, Patrick Wineinger married Rhonda Rae Fischer in Hudson, Kansas and they have one daughter:  -  Ann Jeanine Wineinger, b. October 20, 1978.  Patrick and Rhonda are graduates of Kansas State University and they live in Great Bend, Kansas.  In 1945, Geneva Wineinger married Frank Blashill in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada but they were later divorced.  On November 11, 1955, Carl Lee Wineinger married June Elizabeth Seitz in Hollenberg, Kansas.  June is the daughter of William Seitz.

CHARLES FLETCHER WINEINGER (14.6.3.2.7) is the son of Peter Wininger and Marietta Elizabeth (Case) Wininger.  Charles was born on June 25, 1867 in Doniphan County, Kansas.  On August 23, 1887, Charles Wineinger married Ida Ellen Dunn (born December 30, 1870 in Kentucky).  Charles and Ida Wineinger were the parents of at least one daughter:

MARGERY WININGER (14.6.3.3) is the daughter of Phillip Wininger and Mary Ann (Wininger) Wininger.  Margery was born on November 29, 1831 in Hawkins County, Tennessee.  On March 13, 1851, Margery Wininger married Isaac Jones.  Isaac was born on July 7, 1831 in Scott County, Virginia and is the son of Thomas Jones and Frances (Klepper) Jones.  Isaac’s brother, Thomas Jones, Jr., married Margery Wininger’s sister, Phoebe Wininger (14.6.3.6).  Isaac and Margery Jones were the parents of ten children:

From 1870 to 1900, Isaac and Margery Jones were living in Scott County, Virginia.  Margery (Wininger) Jones died on March 28, 1901 and was buried in the Jones Cemetery in Scott County, Virginia.  In 1910, Isaac Jones was living with his son, John, in Scott County, Virginia.  Isaac Jones died on October 6, 1911 and was buried in the Jones Cemetery in Scott County, Virginia.  Julia Jones died as a child on September 15, 1861.  On January 6, 1874, Annis Jones married James Harvey Chapman in Scott County, Virginia.  Annis (Jones) Chapman died on January 23, 1889 in Scott County, Virginia and was buried there in the Jones Cemetery.  Sarah Jones first married Hiram Hall in Rogersville, Tennessee and they were the parents of five children:  -  Cora Hall,  -  Lulu Hall,  -  Ida Hall,  -  Dillie Hall,  -  Fay Hall.  In 1909, Sarah married a second time to Dr. Harrison in Idabell, Oklahoma.  Sarah (Jones) Harrison died on May 17, 1942 in Sharp County, Arkansas and was buried there in the Sitka Cemetery.
