JOSEPH CAMPBELL, III (1.5.2.5) is the son of Joseph Campbell, Jr. and Rachel (Orton) Campbell.  Joseph was born around 1815 in Lawrence County, Missouri Territory.  Joseph Campbell married Laura Ann Stoddard.  Laura was born in 1829 and is the daughter of Jesse William Stoddard (born 1803).  Joseph and Laura Campbell were the parents of three children:

   Jesse William Campbell (1.5.2.5.1), b. December 14, 1846, Goliad, Texas
   Joe Campbell
   Ed Campbell

Joseph and Laura Campbell were later divorced.  Joseph Campbell married a second time and they had two children:

   Bob Campbell
   Mollie Campbell

Joseph Campbell died on September 29, 1871 in Medina County, Texas.  Joe Campbell married but had no children.  Ed Campbell never married.  Bob Campbell never married.  Mollie Campbell married a Mr. Drake and they had at least three children:  -  Mamie Drake,  -  Rosa Campbell Drake,  -  James B. Drake.  Mamie Drake married a Mr. Melotte and lived in Natalia, Texas.  James Drake lived in San Antonio, Texas.

JESSE WILLIAM CAMPBELL (1.5.2.5.1) is the son of Joseph Campbell and Laura Ann (Stottard) Campbell.  Jesse was born on December 14, 1846 in Goliad, Texas.  On December 26, 1867, Jesse Campbell married Rufusetta R. Dean in Medina County, Texas.  Rufusetta was born on October 15, 1850 in Aberdeen, Mississippi and is the daughter of Eli Dean (born in New Jersey) and Elizabeth (Mason) Dean (born 1806).  Jesse and Rufusetta Campbell had eleven children:

In 1880, Jesse and Rufusetta Campbell were living in Frio County, Texas.  From 1900 to 1910, Jesse and Rufusetta Campbell were living in Dimmit County, Texas.  Rufusetta (Dean) Campbell died in 1910 and Jesse W. Campbell died in 1915.  On January 12, 1886, Oma Campbell married Eugene Buck in Cotulla, Texas.  Eugene and Oma Buck had one adopted son:  -  Henry Littleton.  Oma (Campbell) Buck died on March 7, 1929 in Carrizo Springs, Texas.  On July 18, 1900, Mary V. Campbell married Ben Terrill Gillespie in Carrizo Springs, Texas.  Ben and Mary Gillespie had five children:  -  Walton Gillespie,  -  Flernoy Gillespie,  -  Arthur L. Gillespie,  -  Ray Gillespie,  -  Robert Gillespie.  Walton Gillespie married a Mr. Copeland and they had three children:  -  James Copeland,  -  Ray Copeland,  -  Jannet Copeland.  Flernoy Gillespie had two children.  Arthur Gillespie has no children.  Ray Gillespie has two children:  -  Roy Gillespie,  -  Susanna Gillespie.

On November 23, 1911, Elizabeth L. Campbell married Charlie P. Smith in Carrizo Springs, Texas.  Charlie and Elizabeth Smith have no children.  On May 25, 1904, Oliver E. Campbell married Mittie Fisher in Carrizo Springs, Texas.  Oliver and Mittie Campbell had two children:  -  Norris Campbell,  -  Ruth Campbell.  Oliver E. Campbell died on December 19, 1924 in El Centro, California.  On April 14, 1907, Laura P. Campbell married George T. Speer in Carrizo Springs, Texas.  George and Laura Speer had four children:  -  child that died young,  -  Raymond Speer,  -  Jesse G. Speer,  -  Bob Speer.  On January 28, 1915, Willie E. Campbell married Roscoe Miner in Connecticutt.  Roscoe and Willie Miner had no children.  Around 1925, Willie married a second time to Lerg L. Lindsey in Los Angeles, California.  Alta B. Campbell died on September 24, 1890 in Cotulla, Texas.  On June 21, 1919, Harold Campbell married Ethel Carr in Calexico, California.  Harold and Ethel Campbell had one daughter:  -  Mildred Campbell.

WILLIAM E. CAMPBELL (1.5.2.5.1.2) is the son of Jesse William Campbell and Rufusetta R. (Dean) Campbell.  William was born on January 30, 1870 in Medina County, Texas.  On February 13, 1892, William E. Campbell married Arra Pullin (born June, 1876).  William and Arra Campbell were the parents of eight children:

   Carrie Bell Campbell, b. November, 1896
   Cecil Campbell
   Wiley Campbell
   William Campbell
   Gunther Campbell
   Arraetto Campbell
   James Campbell

In 1900, William and Arra Campbell were living in LaSalle County, Texas.  Etta May Campbell has no children.  Carrie Bell Campbell married a Mr. Moore and has four children.  Cecil Campbell had three children.  Wiley Campbell is believed to have two children.  William Campbell has one child.

CARRIE E. CAMPBELL (1.5.2.5.1.2) is the daughter of Jesse William Campbell and Rufusetta R. (Dean) Campbell.  Carrie was born on April 6, 1872 in Moore, Medina County, Texas.  On June 24, 1896, Carrie Campbell married Arthur A. Wadgymar in Carrizo Springs, Texas.  Arthur was born 1866 in St. Louis, Missouri and is the son of Arthur Wadgymar (born 1824) and Maria Theresa (Drewes) Wadgymar (born 1836).  Arthur and Carrie Wadgymar were the parents of two children:

   Elma Dexter Wadgymar (1.5.2.5.1.2.1), b. May 10, 1897, Carizo Springs, Texas
   Lelia B. Wadgymar, b. 1899

In 1910, Arthur and Carrie Wadgymar were living with Carrie’s parents in Dimmit County, Texas.  Carrie (Campbell) Wadgymar died in 1964.  Lelia Wadgymar married a Mr. Carr and they had four children:  -  Irene Carr,  -  Ben Carr,  -  Arthur Carr,  -  Carolyn Carr.

ELMA DEXTER WADGYMAR (1.5.2.5.1.2.1) is the daughter of Arthur A. Wadgymar and Carrie E. (Campbell) Wadgymar.  Elma was born on May 10, 1897 in Carizo Springs, Texas.  Elma Wadgymar married Emel Avery Smith.  Emel was born in 1896 in La Belle, Missouri and is the son of Lewellyn Smith (born 1877) and Martha (Sharp) Smith (born 1879).  Emel and Elma Smith were the parents of two children:

   Emel Avery Smith, Jr., b. February 6, 1920, Los Angeles, California
   Elma Wadgymar Smith, b. February 6, 1920, Los Angeles, California

Emel A. Smith died in 1975 and Elma (Wadgymar) Smith died in 1980.  On September 27, 1939, Elma Smith married John Preston Reeder in Los Angeles, California.  John was born on September 27, 1914 in San Antonio, Texas and is the son of Frank Russel Reeder and Carrie (Manly) Reeder.  Elma (Smith) Reeder died in June, 1996 in Torrance, California and John P. Reeder died in 2000 in Yucca Valley, California.

JESSE J. CAMPBELL (1.5.2.5.1.5) is the son of Jesse William Campbell and Rufusetta R. (Dean) Campbell.  Jesse was born on July 14, 1876 in Medina County, Texas.  On February 24, 1904, Jesse J. Campbell married Mabel Vivian (born 1887) in Carrizo Springs, Texas.  Jesse and Mabel Campbell were the parents of four children:

   Bertrand Campbell, b. 1906
   Carroll Campbell, b. 1907
   Jesse Campbell
   Elizabeth Campbell

JOHN CAMPBELL (1.5.2.6) is the son of Joseph Campbell, Jr. and Rachel (Orton) Campbell.  John was born on April 8, 1817 in Lawrence County, Missouri Territory.  John Campbell married Eleanor Whitley (born 1820 in Missouri).  In 1850, John and Eleanor Campbell were living in Austin County, Texas.  John and Eleanor Campbell were the parents of at least five children:

   Robert Campbell, b. 1844, Texas
   William Campbell, b. 1856, Texas
   John Campbell, Jr., b. 1848, Texas
   Henry Campbell, b. 1850, Texas
   Rachel Louise Campbell, b. August 21, 1852, Texas

John Campbell died on May 6, 1888 in Brenham, Texas.  Rachel Campbell married Jesse George Fincher (born July 1, 1851).  Jesse and Rachel Fincher had at least one daughter:  -  Virginia Fincher, b. May 18, 1890.  Rachel (Campbell) Fincher died on May 10, 1905 and Jesse Fincher died on July 15, 1918.  Virginia Fincher married Walter Wiswell Homan (born May 18, 1888).  Virginia (Fincher) Homan died on April 10, 1954 and Walter Homan died on September 15, 1955.
